Vintage Elisabeth Stewart California Swimsuit Playsuit Cover Up Jacket 1950s 1960s. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope.
Although this piece isn’t actual swimwear, i believe it was likely meant to be worn over a swimsuit or play suit. Elizabeth Stewart made swimwear/play suit in this same pattern and fabric.

This is NOT a stretchy fabric.
I’d guess this may be around a size small. But, please don’t go by a guess. Go by measurements. See pics 8 through 12 for laying flat measurements.
There are three buttons and three button holes in front. The buttons are some type of light weight silver color metal covered with the same fabric as the cover up/jacket.
My opinion is that the exterior condition is really nice overall. The only thing I note is the inside out side which shows wear/fraying. See inside out pics (pic 7).

Pit to pit across chest is 19 1/2”.
Shoulder to shoulder is 14 1/2”.
Shoulder to armpit is 9”.
