Vintage Cole of California dark blue one piece skirted swimsuit or swim dress with molded cups.
Believed to be from the 1960's based on the tag.
No size tag; check the measurements!
My educated guess would be this is designed more for c/d cups than anything smaller. Perfect if you are small and busty!
