The cachet was printed with a giclee printer, with the inks designed to last well over 100 years.The cover is post marked with the official Washington D.C. Inaugural post mark on the day of the Inauguration January 20, 2017 Four of the stamps where produced in 1950 to mark the sesquicentennial of Washington, D.C. They are hand canceled which could be some slight difference in each cover and will have the same stamps. It is matted with
