Another Rare LTD ED SET OF COVERS from my Dad's collection. 1981 BALD EAGLE DAYS Covers with EAGLE CACHET AND SPECIAL FANCY BALD EAGLE DAYS CANCELLATION ON SCOTT NUMBER 1831 LABOR (EAGLE) STAMP.  ONE COVER HAS BLOCK OF FOUR WITH MR. ZIP.  THE OTHER IS A SINGLE STAMP.  BOTH ON EAGLE VALLEY ENVIRONMENTALISTS, INC. NUMBER 6 ENVELOPE.  BLOCK ENVELOPE IS LIMITED TO 30 SETS, SINGLE IS LIMITED TO 400!
VALUABLE HERITAGE COLLECTORS CACHET based on winning art submitted by Burton Warner of Wisconsin!  This is the fourth in a series of VHC Bald Eagle Covers.  Cancelled at a special station near the Blackhawk Hotel in Davenport, Iowa, which sponsored the Bald Eagle Days conference, which sought to protect the Bald Eagle, symbol of the US.  A very Special and Patriotic Cover Set.
Payment Terms
Payment by the winning bidder is expected within 2 days from end of auction.  If payment is not received within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to void the sale, sell the item to another party, or relist the item.
Shipping Terms
Domestic Shipping.  Shipping
with Insurance upon request, via USPS within Continental United States. Please contact seller before purchasing for insurance costs and other shipping arrangements including shipping costs outside of Continental U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii).  Expedited Shipping for a fee also is available by mutual agreement. All items will usually be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of funds via PayPal or agreed upon method.  Local pickup also available! I will combine shipping costs for multiple items. Please wait for invoice to receive discount shipping on multiple items. I will use postage stamps with no tracking number to reduce shipping costs on these low priced covers unless other arrangements are agreed to by buyer and seller. All items in this lot are of similar excellent quality but not identical because of stamping variations, etc.
Global Shipping. Costs for global shipping are calculated by E-Bay and are in addition to local shipping costs to E-Bay Global Shipping Center. Buyer pays all shipping costs for returns.
Returns
Returns are accepted if buyer notifies me within 2 days of receipt of problems or errors and if item(s) is not as described and qualifies under E-Bay buyer protection policy. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. The photos are of the actual stamps and covers you will be receiving.  I stand behind all my descriptions and photos.
