I have a family member who is entering the final stages of their life. I made a promise to help with medical expenses. I am selling my personal collection to raise money to cover some of the medical bills. I am not a business. I do not have replacements for any of my items. I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges because the money will be used immediately to pay medical bills.
I am including pictures of the actual item you will receive in the listing. The item in the pictures is the exact item you will receive. I am an honest person. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Background:
I have been collecting items for over 20 years.
I was planning on opening up a comic book/collectibles store during my retirement years. Plans change and it is more important for me to help a family member.
My items have been kept inside of a climate controlled indoor storage unit since they were purchased. (Away from: children, pets, smoke, dust and sunlight)
I am an OCD collector. My items are always handled with white jewelry gloves to protect the integrity of the collectible.
I am the original owner of all my items. All of my items were purchased directly from the manufacture or if that was not an option from an Authorized Retailer. (I.E.

Shipping & Handling:
For any buyer located inside of the continental United States of America /the lower 48 States, shipping and handling is free. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or any of the US Territories shipping & handling is not free. You must contact me first for a shipping quote before purchasing the item.
All items will be shipped with a tracking number, insured for the full purchase price and a signature confirmation will be required.
I will ship every item with enough protection to survive the trip (I.E. A sturdy box with bubble wrap or peanut Styrofoam).
All my items will ship the next business day after receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please keep in mind that the FREE SHIPPING IS ECONOMY. I will ship the next business day excluding weekends/holidays but it is ECONOMY shipping.
I am paying for shipping out of my own pocket so I CANNOT AFFORD TO SHIP Priority, Express or Overnight.
If you need the item for a special occasion like a birthday or Holiday, please keep that in mind, when purchasing an item from me. I do not want you to be unhappy and leave me bad feedback or a low star rating when it comes to shipping speed.

If the item is damaged during transit, the buyer must cooperate with the carrier and provide all necessary requirements to process the insurance claim. I will help you on my end as well. I am paying for insurance and that is how you will receive a full refund.
ALL ITEMS WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION-NO EXCEPTIONS!  This is to protect you the buyer and to make sure the item arrives to the intended recipient.
If the post office returns the item after attempting delivery because of a lack of signature; the initial shipping costs I incurred, the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the selling price. If you are not available to sign for the package please do not bid or buy from me.
If you refuse your order or your order is returned to me for any reason, you are responsible for all shipping costs including the initial costs. The cost of the initial shipping, the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee for the packing materials will be deducted from your refund. This includes but is not limited to: the shipping box, bubble-wrap, packing tape, peanut Styrofoam, and/or any other expenses incurred for shipping the item. Neither initial shipping costs nor your return costs will be refunded.

I will ship the items through different carriers. I use FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Therefore, I cannot ship to any APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes.
I WILL NOT SELL OR SHIP ANY ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. INTERNATIONAL BIDS WILL BE CANCELED.
ANY BIDDER WITH LESS THAN 10 POSITIVE PURCHASES MUST CONTACT ME FIRST OR YOUR BID WILL BE CANCELED.
ANY BIDDER WITH EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WILL HAVE THIER BIDS CANCELLED.

If you choose to leave feedback regarding our transaction, you will be prompted to leave a detailed seller rating.
