Description
General informationThe microprocessor-based contactless ignition system 1146.3734 is a logical continuation of the development of electronic ignition, designed to operate in the JAWA motorcycle electrical system of all models with a 6 or 12 volt generator. Microprocessor ignition software allows you to select the desired operating mode of the motorcycle engine by connecting in a specific sequence of output wires.
The microprocessor-based contactless system is designed to improve the technical characteristics of a motorcycle due to:
stability and dynamism of the engine due to the function of automatically changing the ignition timing depending on engine speed;
reduction of toxicity of exhaust gases, fuel consumption and reduction of soot on candles, due to the increase in the inductive phase of the spark;
sustainable engine starting when the battery voltage is reduced;
reduce the complexity of maintaining the ignition system with an optical sensor;
limiting the magnitude of the current and the time it flows through the primary winding of the ignition coil to protect it from overheating and rapid discharge of the battery.
Specifications
The rated supply voltage is 6-12V with a grounded negative battery.
The current consumption when the ignition switch is turned on and the engine is idle does not exceed 0.15 A.
THE MICROPROCESSOR-BASED CONTACTLESS IGNITION SYSTEM provides uninterrupted sparking when the voltage in the on-board network changes from 5 V to 16 V.
The system provides uninterrupted sparking at a crankshaft speed of up to 8000 rpm.
The ignition system is operable in the range of ambient temperatures from -25 to +60 degrees C.
The microprocessor-based ignition timing used in the MPBFZ ensures stable operation of the system in all normal engine operation modes.
This MPBS works with standard ignition coils, but provides the best sparking parameters with standard automotive two-electrode coils (4412.3705, 406.3705, 3012.3705, 3022.3705).
