Maxpedition has distributed our high-quality gear all over the world since 2003. We recently found small quantities of these surplus morale patches previously made for the international market featuring a post-apocalyptic, skull-crushing Cyborg Panda.
Many of us learned about cyborgs from James Cameron's 1984 sci-fi classic Terminator. Cyborgs, short for cybernetic organism, is living flesh over a robot endoskeleton - in this case, part panda, part machine.  Coincidentally, these patches were found just in time for the release of Terminator: Dark Fate in theatres this weekend!
I fondly remember growing up in 1980's Orange County, CA as an impressionable 8-year old kid, watching Terminator and other ultra-violent rated-R movies in my neighbor Scotty's living room. This design is my nod to those good old days.
