KUBOTA ZD 21 MOWER, Commercial DIESEL Zero Turn 60" Deck, SERVICED

I purchased this mower from a local city agency, who I think used it on a local golf course or sports field.  It was very well maintained by them, and then by me.  It has been stored inside when not in use, and regularly washed and clean, so it is rust free.
I don't have much lawn, and it mows so fast that I have only put about 4 hours a year on it.
Even though I didn't put nearly enough hours to warrant changing the oil, I change it every year before I start the season anyway, just because I want to start with fresh oil.
I also grease all of the fittings and in general giving it a full going over maintenance wise every year at the start of the season. It comes with a very nice workshop/ maintenance manual so you know how to service it if anything ever breaks down, it also tells you how to fix it.  It also comes with a parts manual and complete service records from the city agency, so unlike most of these mowers, you will actually know its service history.
The mower only has 1,074 total hours on it, and yes the meter works fine, as does everything else on the mower.  For these little Kubota diesels on a well-maintained mower like this that is really low hours.
The deck lifts up hydraulically as it should, and it steers and mows well as it should.  Some of the photos should the battery cover off and some of them show it on, but it will come with a new battery and the cover installed.
I also gave it a complete servicing with a fresh engine oil and filter change, new air filter, and greased all of the grease fittings, sharpened the blades etc., so it is ready to go.  It also comes with a full RPS.  I was planning on putting lights on it, but never got around to it.  It also has a crank that pulls out of the front and is used to crank the front wheels down to lift it up.
It has a really cool optional crank in the front to lift it up for servicing without a jack.
It is much faster and safer.
This was a very expensive mower when new, and I want to keep it, but now I am downsizing to a smaller lawn and just don't need it. It is a blast to drive and really fast and efficient. I hate to let it go.  It is NOT a cheap Lowes or Home Depot mower, it is a commercial duty Kubota Diesel powered mower driven by hydraulic motors with cast iron pulleys and 1/4" steel in much of its construction.  It is really built to last!   It also mows MUCH FASTER than one of those other cheap riding mowers you can get at the big box stores.  The deck actually measures 63" outside to outside, but I think that puts it in the 60" category, I'm not sure.
This would be a fantastic mower for someone with a large yard, and actually makes mowing a large area of lawn something fun to do!  This mower is available for local pick up or I can build a large custom pallet for it and ship it anyplace you like in the USA or overseas.  Be sure to ask me what shipping cost would be before you place a bid since shipping cost for our local shippers could vary quite a bit from state to state.  Thanks for viewing this auction.
