    If you own an Optronics Colorgetter Drum Scanner...
    a Colorgetter II, III, Falcon, Hawk or Eagle then this is probably your last chance to get critical spare parts, the ones that fail from time to time.
    I know because I used to actually repair them for the prepress industry as urgent replacements for scanners in the field.
    Arc Lamp Power (ALPS), 300W lamp, High Voltage Power Supply (for photomultiplier tubes) **AND** spare Chips from Colorgetter Falcons and Colorgetter III's. Plus mirror solenoid and front surface mirror assembly.
    Both power supplies and the arc lamp work fine. The IC chips are original chips removed from machines, together with copies I made of the serial PROMs. The OBM, EPROM and PAL chips are what gave each model of machine its scanning size limits, with the CG III being the ultimate. These chips are already unobtainium anywhere else, and these are the last ones.
    I had this kit on Ebay a few years ago. As  a senior I'm even older now and I am offering it this **last time** before I clear out the lab and they just fade away.
    If you love your scanner and would like to see it keep going, getting these **Unobtainium** parts is a good idea.
