Brand Unknown blue/white floral swimdress sz 14? w/attached swim panty Vintage

Very cute Vintage swim dress style one piece swimsuit. There are no size or brand or material tags.  Please check measurements and fit on my mannequin.  It is about 36-37 inches in bust unstretched and is 3-4 inches big on my mannequins bust of 34 inches unstretched. .  The Straps are not adjustable.  Cups are padded on front shelf bra. The band on front shelf bra is about 15.5 inches across unstretched.  This suit has attached dark navy swim panty. The hips are about 34 inches unstretched on swim panty and will stretch to about 39-40 inches.    My mannequin is 34-24-34 and you can judge fit on her. She normally wears 6-8 or small to medium and this is a several inches big on her unstretched.   Suit is about 22.5 inches long from underarm to bottom of skirt. It has a navy blue background with blue &  white flowers.  Very nice preowned Vintage condition.  Questions, please ask. I combine shipping.
