Here is a bill for the uncirculated Legal Tender collector by Freidberg number. It is from 1917 and is a Legal Tender note with signatures of Speelman and White. That makes it Freidberg number 60. It has been graded Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ by PMG, and would be gem if not for centering which was not perfect when it came out of the BEP.
This note is graded Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ from PMG. The Exceptional Paper Quality means that this note has not been cleaned or pressed like many of the raw notes you see on eBay.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG
