There are a few series of notes issued by the United States which stand out. The Educational series. And the Rainbow Series. Here is a great rainbow note. A Very Fine 30 1869 Legal Tender. These notes are judged by the intensity of the color. Look around and some other notes will look washed out. Or some people who brighten all their scans make their rainbows look like they have no blue on the left.  Not this note! The blue, green and red jump off the note and stun the casual observer!
If you are building a type set of Circulated Large Type or Legal Tenders this is the place to be. This note is graded by PMG as About Uncirculated 55.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
