Here is a  1917 Legal Tender with Freidberg number 39. If you are creating a type set of legal tenders or collecting by Freidberg number, this is a great note to add to your collection. The seal and serial numbers are a pleasant red. There are no huge problems with this note, just the one fold that make it almost uncirculated instead of uncirculated. It has been graded Choice About Uncirculated 58EPQ by PMG. The EPQ means that it is not a washed out pressed note, but has good paper and good embossing.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
