All items are shipped insured.
We need a street address for shipping. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. Whenever possible, we will combine shipping to save you money.
Drop-Shipped Items/Pre-Sale Items
Drop-shipping allows us to ship faster and more efficiently, cut costs and pass the savings along to you in the form of reduced prices. Most large and/or heavy items in our auctions are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. To comply with eBay's requirements concerning drop-shipped items, please be aware that the item in this auction is a PRE-SALE ITEM and is guaranteed to be shipped to you no later than 14 business days from the date your payment is received.
Backorders/Shipping Delays
While we strive to maintain a sufficient quantity of items in stock at all time, occasionally we will stock-out on certain items, due to either greater-than-anticipated sales or a manufacturer backorder. In a case such as that, a delay may occur before shipping your item while we wait for supply to be replenished. If a delay of more than 7 business days is anticipated, we will notify you promptly, in which case you can either choose to wait or receive a refund.
Shortages
You must notify us within 2 business days of receipt of your package to report any shortages.
Damaged UPS / FedEx packages
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivery company. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of receiving a damaged package, you must report it immediately to the delivery company or a claim may not be honored. Please let us know right away if you are reporting a damaged UPS or FedEx package, so that we can arrange to reship new merchandise to you as soon as possible.

Payment
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Carpet payments without color selection:  If we receive payment for a carpet, but do not receive information from you telling us which color you want, we will email you at least twice and otherwise try to contact you.  If we are unable to communicate with you within 7 days, your payment will be refunded and the order put on hold until we hear from you. Paypal customers: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy.  If you pay with Paypal, we will ONLY ship to the shipping address on the Paypal Transaction Details page.  Paypal payments must be in one full transaction. If a Paypal payment is made and we cannot accept it for any reason it will be returned.
