A wonderful Rainbow with excellent centering and color that few have a chance to see. There are 207 serial numbers recorded but only around a dozen in VF and XF; as such, the opportunities to acquire an affordable example are quite limited. PMG notes restoration, and we'd encourage you to study both sides of the images. We're simply unable to locate any trace of this accusation, but it's next owner should overlook the comment and appreciate the scarcity and beauty of this long-awaited Rainbow.
