1933 Franklin D. Roosevelt 1st Term Inauguration Cover
Unknown cachet maker?  I've seen this picture before.  It sometimes has a black border around the picture and text.  Often the picture is of terrible quality, like this one.  This envelope is a high-quality envelope, small, and the back is of unusual configuration.  But what's interesting here is that this envelope is addressed to a Walter Roessler in Long Island City, NY..  A relative of the famous cachet-maker?  Could this be a Roessler?

    Pen-addressed, and in excellent condition.

A FINAL WORD - ABOUT MY SCANS:
What you get will be BETTER than what you see!
Computer scans often show darker or lighter areas which aren't on the actual item, and the larger the object to be scanned, the more areas will be affected.
Plus, I scan using a "cover sheet" to hold the item in place, and the plastic cover can creates glare.
And, I often use shortcuts because I just don't have the time to scan every item I sell; I sometimes have to recycle an old scan to illustrate a new item.
    ALWAYS GO WITH THE DESCRIPTION!
Your item may look a LITTLE different from the scan, but it will match the description 100%.....and it will ALWAYS be a top-quality item.
My feedback on EBAY speaks for itself.
